60 Second Cron not working

Hi,
In the Cron Schedule I see the following:
Date Event Schedule Interval (seconds)
Tue, 26 Feb 2013 18:27:29 +0000 expirationdate_delete postexpiratorminute 60When it is currently 18:40. This is causing posts to not expire. The issue has been ongoing for a while and I’m wondering if you know a solution for it?
