6 Sites with Pro Support

    Hi,

    My client has 6 websites that run WP themes from TagDiv: NewsMag and Newspaper along with AdvancedAds. We have noticed that TagDiv’s updates to their themes don’t play as nice with AdvancedAds anymore and our banner ads no longer show.

    We usually write the code in for the banner advert but we now have to use images with links for them to show on the page. A slight annoyance is that we now cannot link to a new tab / browser window, only within the parent window, which takes people away from the website.

    For 6 websites that now have several ads that need to link to their advertisers sites in new tabs / windows, which Pro version of the plugin do we need for this?

    I’m struggling to find the correct one!

    Hi Nic,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Opening the programmatically created links as they come with the image ad type in a new window requires the Tracking ads add-on enabled. You can purchase it as a single add-on, and it is also included in the All-Access license.

    We haven’t heard about a structural conflict between Newspaper and Advanced Ads. I would love to learn more about this issue and appreciate it if you could send a link to a page where such an ad doesn’t appear.
