    Logged on today to find that the list of attendees in the dashboard is squirrely.

    /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events&page=tickets-attendees&event_id={event_id}

    Pagination doesn’t show up consistently, and searching for an attendee by email only works 5% of the time, if that. I’m a bit confused, as usually something works or it doesn’t. My site is hosted on www.remarpro.com

    [Edit: It seems to work better if I load the page, go do something else, then return and search. It’s very strange.]

    Hi @masonn

    Thanks for reaching out.

    By any chance, is there an Object cache enabled in your setup? If so, please try to temporarily deactivate it, and see if that makes a difference?

    I can’t locate one, but that is definitely the behavior. Jetpack is installed, so I disabled ‘Enable site accelerator’ to no effect. I also went to Hosting Configuration and disabled ‘Global edge cache’, which didn’t change anything but when the Clear Cache button becomes selectable (takes about a minute), I can use that to get the correct results.

    The behavior is that I load the page, then any search just reloads the page with the initial results. After a minute, I can search, but then the results of that search is all that will load for the next minute unless I Clear Cache in Hosting Configuration.

    Do you think this is something that changed on my end (I apologize if it is)? I’ve been using the search of attendees two or three times a day for the past month and haven’t seen this, and I’m not aware of any changes to the site or configuration.

    Hi @masonn ,

    Thank you for your message and the information.

    I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue here, especially because the behavior is inconsistent. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
    2. Switching to the Default theme.

    Please read the Testing for Conflicts Article before doing anything.

    To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.
