6.3.1 Producing Fatal Error

    When I try to activate 6.3.1, I get the following fatal error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_timezone_string() in [URI removed]/wp-content/plugins/analytics-insights/config.php on line 29

    I am running WordPress 3.7.41 (to this day I cannot stand the admin interface they introduced with 3.8) and PHP 5.6.40.
