Hi,

I’m considering using your Paid Membership Pro plugin to automate entry for a horse racing stakes website and would appreciate advice on if it would be suitable before we commit to paying for a Pro Plus licence.

Basically, we are looking to develop a website using WordPress that will allow horse owners to register their horse in the Breeders Crown UK & Ireland Harness Racing Stakes, a harness Racing stakes series that has 8 entry classes, (Membership Levels?), them being Yearling Colts, Yearling Fillies, 1 Year Old Colts, 1 Year Old Fillies, 2 Year Old Colts, 2 Year Old Fillies, 3 Year Old Colts, 3 Year Old Fillies, 4 year old Stallions & Geldings and 4 year old mares, with the things I am concerned I may run into problems with regard to your plugin being.

Payments

While Paid Membership Pro allows for staged payments, (an initial payment plus X times monthly or weekly payments, we are requiring it so that an initial payment, (entry), needs to be made by a certain date and the staged payments to be made by a certain date, for example, ￡50.00 to enter the stakes by October 30th, then 3 staged payments of ￡100.00 on or before a certain date, Jan 30th, March 30th and May 30th the following year.

Could Paid Membership Pro be configured to do this?

Individual Membership Level Pages

We also require the site to be able to display an individual page for each entry class, (Membership Level), these page listing the horses, (Members?), in this entry class along with additional data collected via an extended registration form, (Name, Sire, Dam, Owner & Trainer), plus the name linking to a horse, (members), profile page showing images of the horse, plus further info collected via the extended registration form, with my understanding being that your Paid Memberships Pro – Register Helper Add On will at least allow the site to collect and display the additional data/fields we require.

Could you also indicate any other problems we may have utilising your Paid Memberships Pro plugin for this site and intended usage?

Would it be possible for you to confirm if the above can be done utilising your plugin, (even if it will take a little work), with if it can, us intending purchasing a Pro Plus licence for your plugin today.
