That’s extremely strange, Can you please turn on the WP_debug from wp-config.php file and let me know which error do you see? and if you don’t see the error then just keep it turned on and let me know, I will check the error myself.

WP-config file is one of the core files of WP, so it’s not possible that its a blank file otherwise the WordPress would not have loaded. Maybe you are looking at a wrong file.

I would recommend you to have a look at this tutorial: https://www.wpsecurityauditlog.com/wordpress-admin/enabling-wordpress-debug/

    Got this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined method WPSEO_Options::get() in /home/usafilerepair/public_html/tips/wp-content/plugins/accelerated-mobile-pages/templates/features.php on line 2462

I think you have the old version of Yoast SEO, Please update that should solve the issue.

It should be backwards compatibility as well, for which we have a ticket already: https://github.com/ahmedkaludi/accelerated-mobile-pages/issues/3008

I have deactivated yoast seo and now page is working fine. Thanks for help
Present version of yoast i am using is 4.9

The current version is 11.0, and I would recommend you to use that one since that’s the one which is tested.

We will also add backward compatibility in the future.
