5th Sunday repeat schedules invalid dates

I started an event on 30 October 2022 and set it to repeat monthly by day.
The option to move it to the prior week if the month only has 4 weeks was turned off, as I want it strictly on the 5th Sunday. Once published, dates other than 5th Sundays are scheduled for future months.

Examples:
no November 2022 date – good
18 Dec 2022 (3rd Sunday)
no January 2023 date – good
5 Feb 2023 (1st Sunday)
26 Mar 2023 (4th Sunday)
30 Apr 2023 (5th Sunday – good)
no May 2023 date – good
18 June 2023 (3rd Sunday)
no July 2023 date – good
6 August 2023 (1st Sunday)
