Hi, please read the following support thread. This will help you with your issue.

    Thank you

I don’t have any issue yet. In fact, it wasn’t related with the image editing. Just about blocking the Linkedin bot.

I wrote this post just to contribute enhancing the plugin. I solved this problem by my own way by disabling the 5G Blacklist and adding the original 5g Blacklist by hand in the htaccess.

Thank you for sharing, the plugin developers will investigate further. There is an option in the plugin that allows you to enter some custom rules. This is found under the Firewall tab.

I can confirm the same as Hans Christian, soon as you remove the jakarta user agent from the 5G rules in .htaccess linkedin will now fetch your image when sharing the page.

Maybe we need a setting or a multiline field in AIO Security (fab plugin btw) to allow certain user agents, as i doubt linked in will change their user agent.

Thanks Hans Christian Rodríguez for posting about this!

@disturbed-pixel If you update AIOWPSF to recent version, you have an option to activate 6G firewall instead of (out-dated) 5G.

5G firewall could be updated as per Hans recommendation, but one would still have to re-save firewall rules to apply such changes, therefore I think it makes more sense to just switch to 6G.

    Greets,
