5.6.2 [fullcalendar]

I also just ran the update to EM 5.6.2 and lost my events in FullCalendar, so applied the reversion to FullCalendar 0.9.1 and that fixed it for now. Would like to see the new update fix it properly, though.

There are so many plugin updates almost every day, I sort of expect them not to break things!

i try to keep plugins to a minimum only essential. I also run same site on localhost so i can test before a live site (normally)

This error is due to the change in FC library to 2.x in version 1 of WPFC and we wrote some compatabilty stuff for EM 5.6.1, assuming 5.6.2 onwards would fix the issue. We had to update 5.6.2 quicker than expected to fix some WP 4.4 issues and this detail was skipped by mistake. Shoudln’t happen on next update.

Marcus: Thanks for looking into this quickly. The events show again, but they are still reduced to one line. I had to revert to an earlier version of FullCalendar to show the full event’s name.

mrppp: Are your events still showing only one line of the event’s name (no wrap)? If not, how did you fix it?

Yes but that was a past issue, so not really relevant to this bug
I raised that issue some time back on the fullcalendar plugin forum/support page

I have kind of got used to that now to be honest, happy xmas all.

@myriamv please raise it in a new thread, you can raise it in the EM forums and it’ll get looked at faster. That said, as far as I’m aware events were always one line, it might be due to the change from library of FC 1.x to 2.x so let me know which versions it did and didn’t happen on.
