enable referrers issue

  • My previous problem is fixed – but I have NEW problem. When I try to reset an account password, I get a “must enable referrers” message – and I CANNOT get the recommended fixes to work. More importantly, I’m CERTAIN my users will not be able to deal with this. Is there ANY WAY to simply disable this in WP?

  • You could disable this – but then your blog is an open house for anyone to do anything. It may annoy you now but it’s a security feature.

    What steps have you tried to solve this ? Please be specific.
