ViewLevel 2.0.. feed?

I have installed viewlevel 2.0:

works great on the basic level of people viewing the site.. but when I/others look at the feed, eg..
‘https://blog/feed’

the protected posts are included!?

I have tried to contact the author but haven’t had any luck.. not yet anyway. On the site for the plugin, within the comments, the author says protected posts should not be included with the feed.. in my case they clearly are.

So I was wondering if anyone else who is running this plugin could check this, I can’t imagine I’m the only one with this happening?

I’m running wp 1.5.1.3, latest viewlevel.
