  • Hi,

Could you please be more precise about the issue you’re facing with EUM?. I mean does the 524 error occur when you access the EUM’s administration page? or does it happen during updates, installation or activation of the EUM plugin?.

    Thanks

Sure since I deactivated your plugin, now I don’t get timeout errors updating plugins, installing plugins, updating wordpress

    Hi,

    Apologise for the delay,

I’m still not sure what could be the cause, to me some other plugins may have involved in causing the issue, it’s perhaps just coincidence when you activate the EUM plugin then the issue becomes worse than what it was. Could you please confirm that when you activate EUM, you’re still able to access any pages on your website? does the 524 CloudFlare-specific issue occur only when you access the EUM administration page or on any pages on your admin dashboard?

    Thanks
    Anthon

I don’t know either, we will change hosting so I will wait. Only plugin updates, plugin installs, wordpress updates were effected.
