522 Error: Is my host’s/CND’s new IP coincidentally blacklisted?

Hi,
I’m having a 522 error for two days now. Means: I neither can access my website’s frontend nor the backend. My host or CND changed their IP address recently. Is it possible that AIOWPS blacklists this IP range? And if so: How can I change this without being able to enter my website’s admin panel?
I really need access to my website asap…
