    After i published with my team this review i got this blackmail from support:
    “Hi Tommy,
    We received a negative review in the www.remarpro.com. We cannot provide support unless you revert it from your end.”

    So, be aware: if you write negative review, you will got blackmails and your support will end. This is very bad kind of philosophy and customer care. And now i think about: how many users wrote negative review and delete it, after they got blackmail like this?!

    ***INITIAL REVIEW***
    This plugin is the most basic and most-not-working plugin ever.
    51 negative reviews? This is the echo of not good software.

    The website text telling you big points, but most of them will not work in a smart way or you need to many time to got it working.

    I give you some examples of the massiv problems in the daily business with this plugin (pro version also tested)

    1. If ypur import stop by closing window, by timeout or something else, you are not able to continoue import from last position. So you have to run all your 80.000 SKU import from the scratch. OMG!

    After 4 days the import was finished. We are working on a big KINSTA server, 12 cores and over 32gb ram. No other projects on this server, no traffic!
    One word about speed of other import tools:
    Same project, same server and same csv file: 9 hours and all 80.000 SKUS was imported.

    2.
    After we waited 4 days we see: Oh, translation not imported! Again: OMG!
    Support write us: “there is an columen you have to add the languagecode like DE for every sku. Then Data will added to DE”.
    But now the big and very massiv problem of this very bad workflow of this plugin:
    You can not add all language codes of your store in this columen. So this will not work:

    SKU;PRICE;CODE
    4546;45,00;DE,EN,FR

    You have to duplicate every line/sku for every language.
    So if your file have 80.000 skus, you have to duplicate via excel or by hand your csv file like this:
    4546;45,00;DE
    4546;45,00;EN
    4546;45,00;FR

    If you have before 80.000 lines/skus in your csv file before, now you will have 80.000 x 3 = 240.000! OMG!!!!!

    We asking Kinsta: Do you see an chance to have an such high timeout and open limits of server to run this import? Insta looked into the workflow of the plugin and told us: Please use anohter one, this workflow is not good. Your first one with 80.000 skus takes 4 days, your 240.000 import will take much longer.

    And its true: After updated is finished, your data will be outdated, also think about that!

    And why? Why the file is so big now? Because the workflow is not goot. Only because of the language code workflow of this plugin is terrible and you are not able to add all codes in one line/column (like in other third party import plugins).

    First we asked sales support: We got refund? They told me yes, no word about: BUT WE HAVE TO CHECK AND RESOLVE FIRST…… So how to resolve this issues?

    We have many, many other problems. I give it to my business partner, he is better in englisch and will write an full review of this service, plugin and code.

    First of all: nobody could have guessed, that an paid software can have so many issues and bad workflows with many other negative effects (to import speed, performance of server, manual work before start import [10 hours!!!!]). Because the most of all csv files will not work out of the box. Other import plugins solve it much better!!!!!! Your stuff told me you will find solution. But i am not able to send you every time my csv file. I need working plugin. your stuff need realy to much time.

    Foe example: They asking me 4 times for password

    I told him every time: you have all data already.
    This is no business, this is child game!

    Your quote of the chat show i am talking about some options. Yes, i find most basic option is missing in your plugin. But i am not talking about this point in my review. Read it again carefully please.
    But in my review i am talking about import speed, most bad workflow of your plugin to handle languagecodes (your SKU/QTY of lines in your csv file will explode with every extra language, also the speed!!!). And i wrote about this: There is no chance to restart import from last line…. so we have to start import from the scratch for 400.000 lines/skus.

    And i talking about blackmails – if you write all this down!

    So, please write me something to this and not to completly diffrent points to make an show here and give feeling you have done everything correct. ??

    Also your blackmail was not fine!

    My business partner bought second licence. He will write review in better english on weekend. Please read it and send him feedback. He will came back with all full details and issues. And about the workflows and the support to me. And with a lot of better english as mine. ??
