    Hello –
I am an accidental techie and began working on a city website about a year or so ago. I am still learning what I need to know to keep it up and running. I have not been on the website for about a month, and yesterday when I tried, I received the 509 bandwidth limit exceeded message. When I tried to log in to WordPress, I could not. I tried to change my password in case I had the wrong password, but got a message that said that an account with my email did not exist. I tried using my username, but got a message that said that username was not registerd on www.remarpro.com, but it is, I have the email from when it was registered. I tried using a different email and got the same message that an account with that email did not exist. Both emails are Admin emails. I then created a new account, with the first email I tried to log in with, so I could log in and ask for help. Can anyone help???

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

First, to clear up any confusion, your site and www.remarpro.com itself are two entirely separate entities, they don’t share accounts.

You’ll log in to the site at https://www.cityofeldon.org/wp-login.php and not through here.

As for the 509 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded, you’ll need to contact your hosting provider’s support.

    Hi,
Your 509 error is a server based error. Your web host or server admin has set a bandwidth limit on your website. You will need to reach out to them to resolve this error.

As for your WordPress account. There is no connection between your website admin account and your account here on www.remarpro.com.

Thanks for the replies! I’m waiting on a call from the possible web host. The website was set up long before I came on board and I’ve been trying to figure it out for the past year.

The site appears to be hosted with https://www.pcsia.net/contactus.shtml but it could also be a reseller of theirs.

That’s who I’ve been in contact with. But they directed me to ICN. I know this question will show exactly how much I don’t know, but since I can’t even see the website online, how are you finding this information?

PCS came through and my problem is taken care of.
