505 internal Server Error on Refreshing Captcha

    Hello,

    I am using 4.2.8 version of Captcha by BestWebSoft and I am facing 505 internal Server Error in woocommerce register form.

    I have added the plugin in my live site and after adding this plugin it shows the CAPTCHA after Email and Password field which is fine, but whenever I click on the refresh button to get new captcha then it throws a pop-up message of 505 internal Server Error.

    But when I tried it to setup in my local the captcha refresh functionality is working fine.

    Please suggest how can I resolve this issue in my live site. I need the solution ASAP.
