  • Hello @kirtimaurya

    I trust you’re doing well!

The error means that your server or a 3rd party server is not supporting the HTTP protocol on the other site. There is a difference between HTTP protocol on your server and on the 3rd party server.

As the Brocken Link Checker using your server to run a link check. The links above are supporting HTTP2 protocol. Would you please share here a link to your site as well?

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

    Hello @kirtimaurya

    I trust you’re doing well!

I can confirm that the server supports HTTP/2 protocol. I’ve checked the initially shared links and got as well, same error 505 HTTP Version Not Supported .

I see that the request first is going through a service called Fastly and it looks like they support HTTP/3 protocol. Please see here more infirmation:
    https://www.fastly.com/quic-http-3

So the links are working, but when the plugin using your server’s details trying to ping this 3rd party server the request is binged kicked back.

If you’re not planning to upgrade your host (or your host has no plans to upgrade to HTTP/3 protocol in the near future) you may exclude the domain marketplace.magento.com from being checked.

To do so, please go to the Settings > Link Checker > Which Links to Check and add the domain to the Exclusion list. Please see this screenshot

Have a good day and take care!

    Kind regards,
