    Hi..

    I read the support about the 504 and talking to my hosting provider about upping all the limits..

    it was mentioned that the plugin creates like a long step which takes time.. how many users can you create in a batch? what’s a good rule of thumb? given normal constraints?

    Thanks

    I’m thinking about disabling cloudflare just to import users…too.. what # of users would increase from doing that?

    @wanderer0621,

    Sorry for the delay in answering.

    We cannot be sure about the number of users that would be increased.

    This is an empirical problem because each system is so different from another that no numbers can be given.

    What is certain is that if the problem does not come from Cloudflare, you are not going to increase the number at all. And if the problem comes from him, you will see it increase.

    With the new system with async import, it won’t be a problem… we are working on it.

    What about exporting users.. is there a similar issue or can I just dump it? and last question.. we are able to update users and add memberships.. is there a way we can remove memberships from users with your tool?

    thanks!

    Export now is working with async task so there is no problem there.

    No, you cannot remove memberships with it.
