5.0.4, href with just an anchor is broken

Is being rendered as:<a href="" alt="Solar-Dude" width="1038" height="692" /></a>It’s removing both the anchor and the image tag. Putting in the full URL of the page in front of the anchor works, so I have a workaround for now.
