504 Gateway Timeout on Checkout with WooCommerce 4.0.1

We’ve really been very happy to have found Oliver POS, and it was working quite well for us until the WooCommerce update to 4.0.1 (or possibly 4.0). After the update, we started having customers whose checkouts timed out after they hit the “Place Order” button, and while the orders themselves all went through, the customer didn’t know that because it timed out before it sent them to the order confirmation page.
After some extensive testing, we found that it was the Oliver POS plugin that was causing this issue. Once it was deactivated, orders started going through again as expected.
I notice this plugin hasn’t been updated in 2 months, and it’s not marked as compatible with WooCommerce 4.0. Do you have an ETA on when we can expect an update?
