    Hello, I’m one of the users of your wp-email user.
    I’m having a problem sending mail to the user role. and this is the message I’m getting: 504 Gateway Timeout
    Upstream server did not respond before specified timeout.

    We have gone through your steps and found that everything is working fine. There is no such issue.
    Please try steps you are following here with this demo URL. If you are still facing the same issue then let us know.

    The mail was sent successfully.
    on my WordPress, I can send mail to users, but I do face the problem when I’m sending to a role. and I have just only 800 registered users.
    And I also discover when I send to the role of admin which I only have 5users under, the mail was sent and delivered successfully

    Hello orlaryemy,

    Thank you for the detailed information. As your list of users is big so it will need some more time to execute. for that, you need to maximize the execution time of your server.
