504 Gateway Time-out

    I’m using the plugin, but when I submit the form it gives me a 504 Gateway Time-out. I contacted my hosting and they tell me there is no problem on their side. What else can I try?

    Hi,

    That may be a delay while communicating with the email server to send the notification emails.

    Please check which way is using your website to deliver the emails (for example if you have setup a SMTP plugin or if you are using the default hosting email server).

    Hi,

    Thanks, I have indeed found that it was related to smtp, but more, it was a 3rd party app that messed everything up, so disabled that and now everything is working
