    Hi,

I have random 504 errors or my back office takes a long time to load when I activate the plugin.

When I deactivate the plugin, I no longer have loading errors.

    Thanks for your help.

    Best Regards.

    Hi @angemichael,

We have already reached you and replied to your ticket. If the issue exists please respond. However, the possible fix is given below:

    Possible reasons for the issue:

Hosting companies usually limit the server_memory by the Elementor or your other 3rd party add-ons (if you have*) when too many add-ons plugins are installed. So having HappyAddons and other 3rd party add-ons can cause the memory limit to be exceeded, potentially leading to loading issues on the Elementor editing panel.

    Troubleshooting process:

There’s an easy fix to this. Here is a detailed guideline on how you can increase the memory limit. You can also find this helpful article from the Elementor documentation here.
    >> Please increase your memory_limit & max_execution_time by adding the below codes on your wp-config.php file. You can follow this article to increase the limit.

After increasing the limit, you can use HappyAddons or other 3rd party solutions without any issues. However, sometimes increasing the memory limits also does not help to resolve this.

    >> So, on the next, We would also strongly recommend?deactivating unused widgets of HappyAddons?to avoid the issue. You can know all your used/unused addons from the?HA → Analytics tab?to?enable/disable?those with a single click. It’s also recommended to disable unused widgets for any other third-party plugin/addons (if you have installed*).

    I hope this will helps.

Thank you and let me know the update.
