503 Service Unavailable The server is temporarily busy, try again later!

    Hi there

    I just installed this great plugin on my local WP and also my live WP environments. It works fine on the local install but my live environment (hosted on a Lightspeed webserver, with CloudFlare configured) I get a an error every time I try to create a new chart (after the last configuration step):

    503
    Service Unavailable
    The server is temporarily busy, try again later!

    I have tried looking in the logs but all I can see is:

    Please help as I would really love to use this great plugin on my site.

    Resolved with the help of my hosting company.

    The plugin appears to have been triggering a mod_security rule, which we’ve now white-listed for my account.

    Not sure why this is giving a 503 error though, should be a 403!
