Hi Shalin! Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the Jetpack plugin from your Dashboard? To do so, follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins
    2. Deactivate Jetpack
    3. Click the “Delete” link under Jetpack and follow the prompts to confirm
    4. Install the Jetpack plugin once again
    5. Connect Jetpack

Following these steps will clear out existing settings, and allow you to attempt a fresh connection. Please let me know when you’ve done the above, and I’ll check your connection once again from our end!

Hi Ryan.. I tried it again.. In fact I tried the same thing earlier too…. Also cleared cache after deactivating and deleting the plugin. But still facing the same issues:

    1. 503 Service Unavailable error
    2. Red warning icon inside WordPress.com Dashboard (Username: shalintj). Plus one more error, There was an error retrieving your site settings. Make sure your Jetpack is up to date.

What’s the issue? Please do help me out.

Thanks for giving that a shot. It looks like Jetpack is having trouble reaching the xmlrpc.php file on your site. Can you contact your host, and ask them to review your logs for errors related to this file?:

Please let me know what they say!

    Ryan,
    We tried the following:

Disabled Varnish caching and we tried installing Jetpack. It again didn’t work.

I have stored the access logs of Jetpack over here.. Let me know if you require any additional info to debug the issue.. https://www.dropbox.com/s/f72cj3cu8rxa3vl/jetpack-issue-log.txt?dl=0

Thanks! I had a look at those log entries, and they look okay to me. Do you see any errors in the error logs on you server?

And could you try disabling all other plugins, and then attempting to connect Jetpack once again?
