    Hello,

Why is it that the Glossary list generated this error when I ran my SEO audit tool. Please find screenshot – https://prnt.sc/yj58vv

I’m currently on paid version. Is there a setting I missed?

    Thanks!

  • 503 is an error from the web server that usually means that finished the memory or there are other errors.
This is something that can be investigated looking at the php error logs.

I don’t know how many terms you have inserted in the website but the plugin can be heavy for a cheap hosting or that doesn’t have any cache system.

I don’t know also what php version you are using or if with the issue just happens when our plugin is enabled.

What I can see opening the home page the website is slow but I cannot have more hints without more information.

    – There are 99 terms. See – https://hotelstrategy.com.au/glossary
    – For the PHP version, check if this helps – https://prnt.sc/yunmpg
    – I’m using a caching plugin called WP-Rocket

This issue only happens when I started using the plugin and the errors appeared only on the Glossary permalinks.

Where can I see the PHP error logs so I can pass it over to you.

I really need help on this.

You are using an old php version that WordPress doesn’t support anymore.

PHP 5.6 is not supported anymore and the latest is php version 8.0.
I invite you to check witho your hosting what is the latest php version avalaible because they improved like about 30% or more the performance.
Also Glossary don’t support anymore the 5.6 version.
