503: Service Temporarilt Unavailable

Hi,

We have a website at the above URL and one member is unable to login, they keep on getting the error 503: Service Temporarily Unavailable. Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area.

Other members and Admin can login without issues, therefore this appears to be a user specific issue. How does one fix this?

Thank you Steve, yes I’m using S2 and have read through the doc you kindly identified.
Now communicating with the member to establish the number of devices used or login shared.
