503 server error when enabling plugin

  • Hi,

    When I enable Asset Cleanup, I get a 503 service unavailable message.

    Looking at the server logs:
    [Tue Jan 21 12:03:41.223642 2020] [lsapi:error] [pid 236135:tid 140201452615424] [client 90.254.186.25:0] [host catalystdesign.studio] Error receiving response header (lsphp is killed?): ReceiveResponseHeader: receive pkg hdr failed: ReceivePkgHdr: nothing to read from backend socket, referer: https://catalystdesign.studio/contact-us/

    Any help much appreciated.

    @rich888 that’s a first one for me. Are you saying you’re getting this error ONLY when Asset CleanUp is enabled? If you try to enable any other plugin (please test this with a few), you’re not getting anything like that or did you ever get a 503 service unavailable message?

    @gabelivan I have sent you a message via the contact form. It seems to be a compatibility issue with Oxygen & Asset CleanUp. Possibly due to a migration.
