@mc_shop Are you seeing that as soon as you load the page or after the page has been open for a while?

    Hi!
If I open the dashboard all the graph etc start to load. Some of them load fine, some says error and in the console i can see the 503 errors come.
So it has been open for a while and tried to load everything.
Then without refreshing the screen just changing time period sometimes fixes the problem.

    Hi @mewocont,

If you switch the theme to Storefront and disable all but WooCommerce/WooCommerce Admin, does this still occur?

If you are not able to do that on the site as it is a Live site, please test on a staging site. A staging site is a clone or copy of the Live site, used for testing. You can reach out to your Host if you need to have a staging site set up, as they usually can assist you with this.

Please let us know the results!

    Hi @nixiack8 ,

I switched theme and disabled all the plugins but woo. It does not solve the problem, loading a bigger interval of time (e.g. last year) and it fails to load the graphs.
It’s an empty site under development so nothing to lose…

    Any ideas?

    Thank you.

    Update @nixiack8 :
    Found this https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-admin/pull/2387
I think this is my issue… WC Admin makes too many ‘GET requests’
    screenshot of the problem: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1mxPmBQsKue-gKYLq5IjAbEZDANpL64LR

Is there a solution for that? If so, please explain me step-by-step.
    Thank you.

@mewocont Facing same issue on my website.503 in console..and not able to delete plugin and data..very bad …

Same problem for me. My site has 24,000 orders so perhaps this is a factor? I’m on a dedicated server to I extended the timeout and threw more RAM at it with no success. I’ve been running WooCommerce Admin for a long time without a problem so I think the issue was caused by the most recent version.

    Hey @robertstaddon,
i think that amount is not the problem. My site is under development with a few test order, hidden from the public. So basically no data need to be loaded and is still get these errors. Only ‘hack’ was to delete most of the graphs and that kinda ‘solves’/hides the problem. Now I have the table on the top and 4 graphs and dashboard loads fine.
I think the source of the problem is that the dashboard tries to load everything in the same time, but no solution at all and as you can see here in this topic the support is not sweating blood to help us.
Kinda interesting that now the woocommerce admin is integrated into the woocommerce plugin although it’s far from stable.

I have constant issues across multiple installs with 503, 504, gateway timeouts, etc. Not since did this happen before upgrading, except when using WC Admin.

I like the new analytics, but they are doing a real number on all of our sites. I hope this is addressed soon since it’s now mandatory to run it without coding it off (and losing the good parts of it at the same time).

    Hello @ddjg,
Please open a separate thread for your issue so that we can help you further individually.

This thread is quite old now and we already updated WooCommerce and WooCommerce Admin a few times.

    Hi @nicolamustone ,
yeah, you updated but nothing has changed!
The problem is still there and nobody could give me any information about this.
Why this is happening? When will you fix it?
And there are many topics about problems like this.
