    Hello,

I am getting 503 server error in the right bottom corner when trying to update.

I talked to my server provider and they told me to upgrade my storage limits. Which I did and I also removed one big plugin. Now I have more place and not hitting the limits anymore.

    However the issue persists.

I was able to save one change, but the second after the issue came back.

My server provider suggested that I reinstall Elementor.

But is there something else that can be done to solve the issue?

If I will have to reinstall does it mean that I’ll have to create everything from the beginning? All my posts and pages were created with Elementor.

Looking forward to find the solution asap.

    Kind regards,
    Anna

  • Hi,

Error 503 means that the server is not ready to handle the request. Commonly, it is overloaded, in maintenance or just the server went down. In this case, it should be investigated by hosting provider support as we do not have any control over the server.

You may send us your PHP Error logs and we take a look into them.

As for reinstalling the plugin, you should not lose any content, but I do recommend you to make a backup of your site before this process as there is an error 503 which may cause unexpected errors during reinstalling.
