503 error on sandbox mode scripts

    Greetings,

    We’re trying to test amazon pay in sandbox mode on our site but there are some 503 errors in console for amazon pay scripts [screenshot].
    Amazon pay button is also broken (button doesn’t appear but link works) and the login from sandbox user works.
    But on checkout page we see “Moved Permanently” message in the amazon pay box with a loading icon [screenshot].

    The region for amazon pay is Japan.
    Could this be some configuration error?

    Hey @akashdeepkanojia

    seems to be a problem with the Amazon Pay API. And is only happening with the Japan Region. You need to contact them.

    I’ll get in touch with them and fix the issue. I’ll post here if there is something else for future reference or if anyone else is having same issue.

    Hi Byron,

    Yes the issue looked like to be only on japan scripts. Sandbox was not working properly.
