503 Error

We have received many reports about this error, however, most of the cases the error was found with the server not being able to respond to the data request, not with our plugin. The specific cause of this error is still unknown. All HTTP response status codes that are in the form of 5xx are considered server error responses. It’s a server-side issue.

It happens not very frequently on sites, just occasionally. And when it happens, either the connection is discrupted between your site and its server or the server is still available but cannot proceed because of unknown reasons.

My suggestion for you, in this case, is, please continue to observe this on your site and when you encounter it, please record a video for captures by screenshots so that we can help you further investigate into this. This issue never happens to our live demo or test site.

I stopped getting the 503 errors after uninstalling and installing the plugin again. But now, the prices of the products in the bundle and the price of the bundle itself are added together during checkout.

We have received some reports about issues with this plugin and the major conflicts still remains unsolved by now. Unfortunately, they’re not truly compatible with each other.

We will continue investigating this. Hopefully we will find a way soon.
