    Hi,

    I keep trying over and over but I cannot back up my website with updraft and I don’t know why. I definitely have enough room on my google drive (50gb free and I only need 5gb)

    I tried splitting it into smaller bits (400 to 25) but that made no difference. I left it to run overnight and still nothing.

    I get this error code: 502 (UpdraftPlus: could not parse the JSON)

    I would really appreciate any help or advice, I’ve been trying to do this for weeks now.

    Hi,

    “502 (UpdraftPlus: could not parse the JSON)”

    The usual cause of the error you are getting is a timeout in PHP-FPM. Can you consult your web hosting company to check if that is the case, and what they suggest? (What is the timeout? The default is 60 seconds in PHP-FPM; so the server would have to be hugely overloaded for that… so I suspect there is more to it, but the server admin is the person with the access to find out).

    Hi,

    I contacted my hosting company and they said it is not server overload (their default PHP is 5 minutes) and they increased my INI and PHP settings to the max.

    Then I run Updraft backup and it failed again ?? I’m not sure why

    It says: next resumption: 1 (after -324933s)
