    Hello!

    I am the owner of https://annaroussos.com and some (not all) of my clients experiencing problem when they add the following products to cart:

    https://annaroussos.com/product/lightroom-presets-ar-1/

    They receive 502 Error when they click ‘Add to cart’. this issue cause big drop in sales and we receiving message from some clients that they are getting this error.

    From my side everything works fine, I can’t replicate the error.

    Inconsistent behaviour like this usually points to caching. I would remove all caching and see if that changes anything.

    WooCommerce also attempts to log any fatal errors. You can find these under WooCommerce > Status >> Logs (click on the tab). After clicking on the logs tab examine the dropdown on the right for any “fatal-errors” entry. If there is one, provide its contents here. We ll take a look.
