    Hi there
    When i’m trying to download my newly create Cert, Key and CA Bundle files, i get a 502 Bad Gateway. Anyone know what i’m doing wrong?

    @mrizzard Can you go to File Manager on your cPanel and download certificate & key file from /keys/ folder of your WordPress directory. If you have successfully generated the SSL certificates, then your certificates should be there.

    You can download intermediate ca.crt file from /cabundle directory of plugins/wp-letsencrypt-ssl

    Thanks for the reply. Ahh, i don’t have C-Panel. I’m just using godaddy managed wordpress. Is that impossible to do then? Godaddy called me months ago saying the only way to get SSL sorted was via them for a cost – but i don’t trust them so was looking for a way to do it myself.

    That is absolutely true with Godaddy Managed WordPress hosting. We have refunded many PRO users on the same case. The only possible way to have SSL in Godaddy managed WordPress hosting is to buy SSL from Godaddy itself or switch to linux/cPanel hosting.
