502 Bag Gateway

I am using Sucuri Security science 2 years at my website, and it’s the first time i faced 502 error when i am trying to login to my website with another role rather than the admin.

I do investigation and found that when i disabled the Sucuri Security plugin, I didn’t face this error.

I search on the web and found an article to add IP’s in the whitelisting, and I contact the support of hosting “wpengine” and the IP’s was add and the 502 error still happened.
