Yes sure. Polylang 1.4.3 includes the fixes that should solve this issue.

    Chouby,
The problem persists in Chinese. This is the error message:

    Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    What do you think?

Your problem seems to be different then.
That’s strange that only one language is concerned. Did you try to de-activate Polylang and access the same page?

Yes I did, and the problem is not with Polylang. The only answer the hosting service has is that it is with Polylang when it is quite obvious that the problem is with the server. Here is the message that is showing up now:

    Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The problem occurs when the Chinese characters are used with permalinks set to post name. And from the 5 languages the site is using it is only with Chinese. It may have something to do with their unicode set? There is something about their server that is having issues with the Chinese characters.

Their “support” is either not bothering to look into it, or not willing to admit it. Either way leaves me with a sense that iPage is not a web host I will be using in the future.

Let me know if you have any thoughts on this.

Thanks for all of your work,
    Don

Google search reports that some hosts are incompatible with Chinese characters in url. But I have no idea why and how to solve.
