500e error after activating a plugin

I’ve just downloaded plugin to my website. After activating it the whole WordPress cockipit turned white and now I can only login-logout to website without possibility to change anything there.

Yes you’re right it ws PHP 7.0. I’ve removed app through filezilla and it works ??
