500 Server Error after update to latest version (4.15)

I got “PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function is_plugin_active() in some_path/wp-content/plugins/seo-redirection/seo-redirection.php:411″ on my sites after plugin was updated to latest version.
