    Hey Nithasha,

    Thanks for getting in touch! You can access your site files via FTP and from there, delete the BB plugin. Once you do, you can then deactivate your other page builder, delete it, and reinstall the BB plugin.

    If you’re not sure regarding FTP, feel free to get in touch with your hosting company. They can provide you your access details as well as instructions.
