  • Disable all your plugins and try to access your admin panel. And activate each plugin one by one until you recreate the same problem.

    To disable all your plugins, you can just simple rename the plugins folder or you can try the following.

    Use phpMyAdmin

    In the table wp_options, under the option_name column (field) find the active_plugins row

    Change the option_value field to: a:0:{}

    after rename plugin folder name using FTP i got this error
