    Hi,

I’m trying to upload files to DreamObjects via the WP plugin, but every time I upload a file (generally around 250 MB) I get this error:

    “Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

    Help, please, thanks.

Can you upload smaller files? I suspect that you’re hitting that same limit that kills large site backups :/

(Sorry for the short answer, I’m on the road right now with limited WiFi.)

Do you know what the file size limit is?

I was able to upload a much smaller file, but I uploaded it privately and there’s a whole ‘nother issue – I have no idea where it is now. *facepalm*

If you’re on shared, it’s around 100megs. I’ve done 500 on a VPS, but it depends on memory and CPU usage on your server.

At 250 Meg’s, you’re better off using Cyberduck or another uploaded app. We link to them here — https://dreamhost.com/cloud/dreamobjects/

As for where they are, you can navigate through your DHO objects in your panel ??
