    Hi, recently when a user requests a password reset and clicks the reset link from their email, the page that opens returns a 500 internal server error and the web page looks broken. What’s happening? I have already disabled all plugins except Elementor and Essential Addons for Elementor to rule out a plugin conflict, and I am using the Hello Elementor theme. It was working fine before, i’m not sure what happened.

    We have tried to reproduce the issue on our end, and it seems to be working fine with the latest version, as you can see here: https://d.pr/v/AW6QC2

    It would be really helpful if you could please share your Site Health Info so that we can investigate further. Please go to your WordPress Dashboard -> Tools -> Site Health -> Info -> Copy Site Info to Clipboard. Then paste it into PasteBin and share the link with us.

    Additionally, please enable debug mode. You can do this by opening wp-config.php and adding the following line:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    This should provide some error output describing the issue in more detail. Kindly share those details with us as well. It will help us investigate the issue more thoroughly.
