500 Internal Server Error When Accessing “Updates” on WordPress Dashboard

    I am receiving “500 Internal Server Error” when I try to access “Updates” from the Dashboard on all my WordPress sites that use the Panoramic theme. When I switched to to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme on a development clone, the problem went away. I also receive a “500 Internal Server Error” when I try to access wp-admin/themes.php. Any suggestions?

    WordPress 6.6.2 running Panoramic theme 10.2.79
    Server running PHP version: 8.1.28.

    The problem healed itself after a few hours. It may be related, but I was unable to access https://www.outtheboxthemes.com/ directly during the same period. I wonder if the dashboard updates was trying to call home and Panoramic wasn’t responding?
