Hey. I’m trying to rework my e-shop current main menu by one made with UX builder and shortcodes in menu, exactly like presented here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Ow2GAMfOHE&feature=youtu.be
I’ve done tries following exactly the steps explained in the video, but I get a 500 Internal Server Error on the site everytime I try to replace the working current menu by one customized with shortcodes in menu and edited in uxbuilder.

Is this a common error any one managed to solve?
    Cheers

I’ve tested the plugin and apparently its working as it should, with the latest version of WordPress i.e. 5.5.3
I did not get any 500 Internal Server Error or any error, even with debugging on.

Tested it with Twenty Nineteen theme, as well as Twenty Twenty theme.

I’ve even reviewed the video that you’ve linked, and it should work, as stated.

Though I don’t have access to UXBuilder as provided by Flatsome Theme, which is a paid theme.

Apparently, there must be some sort of spelling error or missing semicolon somewhere in the code you copied.

If you can go through the error logs of your site, and provide me with the exact error that is causing this 500 Internal Server error, I can help you out in resolving it.

Here’s how you can check out the error log:

I haven’t heard back from you in quite a while, and wasn’t able to replicate the issue. So I’m marking this as resolved, assuming you got it to work. In case issue is still there, do change the issue status to “Not Resolved” and please add the information I requested earlier, so that I can help you out.
