I have followed documents and started uploading users by roles and the plugin struggles to get more than 20 users registered before showing a 500 error. I have also chnaged the execute time in config file on server incase that is the issue but nothing. Can you suggest any thing that may help?

We are at answer 17 and we are at the same point.

Without data about the error on this plugin and not on the others I can’t help you. Sorry.

I really am the first one to want you to send me something that will work for me so I can give you a solution but this is not related.

HTTP Error 500.0 – Internal Server ErrorC:\Program Files (x86)\PHP\7.4\php-cgi.exe – The FastCGI process exceeded configured activity timeoutMost likely causes:

    • IIS received the request; however, an internal error occurred during the processing of the request. The root cause of this error depends on which module handles the request and what was happening in the worker process when this error occurred.
    • IIS was not able to access the web.config file for the Web site or application. This can occur if the NTFS permissions are set incorrectly.
    • IIS was not able to process configuration for the Web site or application.
    • The authenticated user does not have permission to use this DLL.
    • The request is mapped to a managed handler but the .NET Extensibility Feature is not installed.

    Things you can try:

    • Ensure that the NTFS permissions for the web.config file are correct and allow access to the Web server’s machine account.
    • Check the event logs to see if any additional information was logged.
    • Verify the permissions for the DLL.
    • Install the .NET Extensibility feature if the request is mapped to a managed handler.
    • Create a tracing rule to track failed requests for this HTTP status code. For more information about creating a tracing rule for failed requests, click here.

I think this text is for you, not for me.

As I said from the first answer I think this is a problem of your environment and not of the plugin and above using Windows environments for servers of this type of software is at least a potential risk.

But well, from everything that appears there it may seem that you have a problem of time limit.

Try with small files with few rows and if everything works fine, ask your host to increase the execution times.

Issue resolved, Solution: Internet Information Services Manager> then go to root of Virtual Machine >fastCGI settings> Open Feature > edit > Activity Timeout> change from 30 to 200 etc.

I am glad that the problem has been solved and as you can see, everything I told you pointed in that direction.
