500 (Internal Server Error) on admin-ajax.php when when the Plugin is active

When I open Media Library, The media library takes ages to load or somwtimes doesn’t load at all!
All of this happens when the Woocommerce plugin is active and I this is the error I get in consolePOST https://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5B%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,plupload&ver=4.6.1 500 (Internal Server Error)
