My site crashed after running fine for over two months. When I look at the folders the only change was to wp-config.php. Tribulant support was going into my FTP to put a code fix for Newsletters. My site has been down for two days and they were not reachable today. Is there basic copy of this file I can upload to get my site back up and running. Looking for any help I can get.

do you have a backup of the your website database and files available?

use caution when editing core installation files.

one idea if you need to access any/all of the wordpress files is to download a fresh copy of wordpress onto your computer and see if you can find what you need.

what plugins do you have installed (you can see that information in the WP Content folder in FTP)

My tech had not backed up everything, so I did soon after it failed.

These are the folders in my WP Content: However, the only program that has been worked on recently is Newsletters.

    my-shortcodes
    newsletters
    regenerate-thumbnails
    seo-ultimate
    woocommerce
    woocommerce-gateway-authorize-net-aim
    woocommerce-variation-details-on-page-product
    woodojo
    woodojo-downloads
    woosidebars
    woothemes-updater
    wordpress-importer
    wp-multibyte-patch
    wp-user-avatar
    hello.php
    index.php

Before I download a fresh copy, any other ideas?

is any possibility that there might be a problem specific to the newsletter plugin?

instead of playing around in the WP core files, do you think you can try deleting the “newsletter” plugin (if that was the newest one installed before the problem)

have you eliminated any issues with webhosting account?
