500 Internal Server error for version 3.3.12

I opened my site this morning and discovered that I had a 500 Internal Server error. I checked my site’s logs and discovered that the issue appeared to be with the IndieWeb plugin.

Here’s the PHP message:

It looks like my site updated to version 3.3.12 on 3 December. My site was working fine with the Indieweb plugin before then.
