500 Internal Server Error comes frequently after installing WCFM

  • Hello, I have installed WCFM – WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace plugin in my site https://autoplusperformance.com/ to enable multivendor functionality. The plugin works well for managing vendors and multivendor functionality but there is a problem occurring frequently after installing the plugin is “500 Internal Server Error”. Our server has PHP memory_limit of 2GB, this will be not an issue. So why the problem is occurring? If we disable the plugin, the problem does not occur. Please help me regarding this if any way out is there. It is very annoying for users.

    Please check PHP error log, is there any error generating?

    No, no PHP error is occurring. There is a SiteGround Optimizer plugin in our site. When we clear the SiteGround cache, the Interal Server Error is gone. But after some time, the error comes for another page. I tried by disabling the SiteGround plugin also, the Internal Server Error is not resolved.

    Our server says the SiteGround plugin cannot be deactivated.

    I have not heard from you for some time. I badly need the solution. I deactivated the WCFM plugin and found that the 500 error is not appearing any more. So it is clear that the error is coming due to the plugin. There is also a translation plugin installed “TranslatePress – Multilingual” in which Spanish and French language are added. The error appears more when the language changed to Spanish and French. So what may be the cause of Error? Please help me regarding this.

    WCFM does not compatible with this multilingual plugin, so may be conflict happening.

    WCFM only works with WPML.

    Okay, so can you make sure that if WPML is installed, the 500 Internal Server Error will not occur anymore?

    I believe so as you have mentioned, you are getting 500 error specifically for translated languages.

    Yes, but the error occurring sometimes for the default language English also.

    Please talk to your hosting support, why site generating 500 error. Definitely there has details for this at server log.

    Hello, Thank you for your response. Is there another translation plugin apart from WPML that will comply and not cause errors?
